Therapy for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Helping clients and families on the healing journey is not a task I take lightly. Along our journey I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship on the foundation of trust and respect. A primary focus in therapy is helping clients and families feel they are not alone on their journey.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION & CONSULTATION
I believe all children, adolescents, and families have the ability to process their complex world to discover their inner strengths thereby helping them to live a healthier, happier life. My therapeutic goal is to provide a nurturing and empathic environment where clients can discover their potential and feel safe to explore difficult life events. I enjoy building therapeutic relationships with clients and families, and helping them through the journey to a more fulfilled life.
I have 20 years of experience working with children and adolescent; first as a teacher, school counselor and then transitioning to private practice. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including schools, community based agency, contract positions and currently private practice. I am passionate about making sure families find the best therapist for their unique needs.
